How does a songwriter create songs? Every song has an origin story—something that inspired the songwriter. This program will examine the process many songwriters use to make music.
Dean Bolt is a singer-songwriter who grew up in Willimantic, CT, surrounded by local garage bands, Shaboo bands, and other great musicians who went on to successful music careers. This influence led Dean to find his way to a music career later in life. During this program, Dean will sing and break down songs to illustrate the different ways songwriters create.
Join us for some music and learn how songs are written.
